Lil Groovers, BIG Progress!

Here at ProgressDNA we pride ourselves on our preschool program, where we offer a range of pre school dance classes for kids, and are the proud North Sydney Licensee of the epic LIL GROOVERS PRESCHOOL SYLLABUS!

Students not only learn the basics of Dance and make new friends, they also grow in confidence and learn invaluable skills that aid in their development and progress towards school.

Skills and behaviours such as listening to the teacher, waiting their turn and following instructions are ingrained in all of our Lil Groovers classes and our amazing, experienced teachers not only ensure that your child progresses, but most importantly has an amazing time doing it!

Lil Cheer

In this dynamic cross between Acro and Dance build confidence, embrace teamwork, and discover the joy of moving! Our Lil Cheerleaders shake their pom poms to learn rhythm, strong lines and big dance moves. Across the mat, our dancers learn foundational acro skills - rolls, balances, high jumps, handstands and cartwheels!

Lil Acro

Come on an international adventure in Lil Acro! Trix, the flipping fox, takes us to a new destination every week - creating an exhilarating adventure that keeps kids engaged and enjoying themselves! Dancers learn foundational rolls, handstands, cartwheels and balances - helping dancers grow in strength, flexibility and bravery!

Lil Ballet

Lil Ballet is all about learning foundational ballet through imagination and fun! Our dancers go on magical adventures with Tippy the Unicorn each week - twirling down tightropes to learn ballet runs, riding shooting starts to learn classical positions and making flower crowns to learn soft ballet hands and dynamics.

Tippy's unicorn magic helps each dancer grow in confidence and self expression!

Lil Hip Hop

Lil Hip Hop is all about learning to dance in an engaging, active way! With the help of our custom mats, our Lil Hip Hoppers thrive and conquer floorwork, perfecting footwork, learning balance skills AND exploring shapes, colours, and learning to tell the time.

So think all the best parts of hip hop - grooving and breakdancing - tied up with learning vital school readiness skills like identifying shapes and waiting our turn!

Lil Jazz

Have a little Dynamite at home that loves all things movement? Lil Jazz is all about bringing out those sparkling superstar personalities with upbeat moves! Dancers master their skips, kicks, turns, strong arms and more, all the while jamming out to fun music and bringing out that inner rockstar!

Whether your dancer is ready to bring out their inner sparkle, or already loves the spotlight - Lil Jazz is for the budding popsters!

Lil Tap

For the tiny sound and rhythm creators, Lil Tap is the perfect playground where preschoolers dive into the mesmerising world of dance in the most delightful way possible! From lively shuffles to the sweet melody of heel taps, each Lil Tapper embarks on a rhythm-filled adventure, tuning their ears to the magical beats.

As your little one indulges in the rhythmic magic of tap, they'll discover a dance form that not only keeps their feet moving but also enhances their balance, coordination, and control.

Lil Ninjas

Does your preschooler love jumping, rolling, and climbing their way through life?

For the daring souls who crave a little challenge and love the thrill of a fast-paced environment, Lil Ninjas is the ultimate playground. Each week, your child will conquer new physical challenges, fostering independence and teamwork. Think obstacle courses, superhero moments and problem solving, all wrapped up in a fun and supportive environment!

Lil Circus

Come on an adventure where you run away with the circus every class! Our Lil Circus kiddos learn to juggle with scarves, hula hoop and climb on the aerial silks and lyra!

This class is perfect for kids who just LOVE climbing and moving! Our classes focus on learning bravery, strength, coordination and turn-taking.
